City Camp Day 1

Up at sparrow's fart this morning. Off to school to meet up with colleagues and kids.

We hit the road and arrived in the city in good time. Then off to Channel 7 where we met John Deeks (who I'd never heard of but whose voice I recognised).

A quick lunch and group changeover and then off to a beauty academy where we were spoilt!

Back to our hostel for a scrub up, a quick dinner and out to the theatre.

Mr B and Little Miss joined us there to watch Matilda. It was really good.

Fatherinlaw had a hopefully successful operation and has gone home to recover.

Mr B and Little Miss are home safely and our kids are finally sleeping, which means that we can too. It's been a long day and it'll be another long one tomorrow.

All in all, a good day.
