Pulling a Social Pariah

I was lured out by friends for a drink at Fanny's and a curry in Shipley. "We're drinking the new Wilde Child," they told me. All new to me but I'm always up for trying out local craft beers. It was very good - and very strong. I went to check at the bar and discovered it was rated at 7.2%. That's like having two beers for the price of one.

This one man brewery seems to specialise in unruly little beers. I guess it's called Social Pariah for a good reason. I declined a second, choosing something a little lighter instead, which was possibly just as well in view of the state of my head later. I'm counting it all as progress and had a lovely evening as a result. A few weeks ago I would probably have declined the invitation.
