To the uninitiated....

this looks like a black screen. To me, it's my first attempt at capturing star trails!!! (Look really carefully on a computer and you should see 4 or five little lines!)
Suffice to say, I'm impressed that I can see anything at all on the screen, but I believe a little more work is required!!
Edit: whilst lying in the garden trying to capture something other than black, I did see 3 shooting stars, so the time wasn't wasted completely.
