Duck Race

Tonight was the annual Harbour Carnival. This man was charged with rescuing the winning corporate duck and winning mini duck from the duck race. They drop the ducks into the harbour just as the tide is coming over the sill and, in theory, the ducks are propelled by the power of the tide to the other side of the harbour. In theory!
