Papa Cardinal in a Molt

"Nesting is hard work, and now I am in a molt!  Life was
hard enough while we kept our nestlings fed.  Now they
have fledged AND we are still FEEDING them.......and
they look good but we are worn and shabby!" the cardinal
whimpered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
