Bragging rights

My granddaughter has always been intimidated by other
creative members of her family and felt she had no
talent.  It was hard to convince her otherwise.  In taking
high school art classes, she kept trying.  So this year
she took first place in an Emerging Artists Exhibit.  Can
you tell, I am quite pleased?
