In the Valley of Red Sheep
This is Pasture Beck, near Hartsop, and a lunch stop on our walk up the valley. No summits were reached today, due to low cloud, drizzle and wind, but I shall always remember this beautiful place.
The extra shows the Red Sheep, a mixture of Herdwick and Blackface. The only bright colour in today's muted landscape.
We had afternoon tea at Rheged and read our books. Best of both worlds :-)
A song recorded to raise money for last year's Cumbrian Flood appeal and a reminder of the damage done.
