Friday Food cart

Been a while since I've done a Friday food cart blip.  At lunchtime it was already 88ºF so we walked (slowly) in all the shaded bits of sidewalk we could find to our favorite food cart.  He was just opening up at 1:15 p.m. when we arrived.  Waiting for my pad thai with tofu I watched a man creating pretty flowers out of what looked like paper or foam and bits of wire, sparkles and other bits.  A woman passing by couldn't resist and had to buy one (extras).

The servings of food at this cart are very generous so no dinner prep for me as I have leftovers, yay!
