Building accelerates

There is lots of building in Christchurch at the moment.  Still lots of earthquake re-building and repair to go, but subdivisions that were stalled for years are now taking off again.  Our population here in Mt Pleasant dropped substantially after the earthquake, but looks on track to grow again now.
