Musselburgh Races

Finished up work at 3pm this afternoon and we all got packed off to the Musselburgh Races with some picnic goodies and a sufficient drinks kitty.

Weather held off and it was really fun! I'd never been to the races before and have a tendency to get excited and bet on stuff, but I think my winnings (a not quite quit-your-job £6!) paid for my other bets so can just about justify it!

Had a really good time and would be tempted to go back. Especially if the weather was a bit brighter!
