The laundromat around the corner from Pambiche, the scene caught my eye after we left the restaurant after supper.  I wondered if she was reading Savage Love, it was something my roommates and I always read while in the laundromat...

For those that were interested in Saturday's hardware mystery, photos in extra of a center doorstop - they are the rocking horse poop of old house hardware, or so it seems.  In talking to the hardware folks at Hippo, etc., they said when people deconstruct old homes and bring in double hanging pocket doors and all the workings they never bring in the center stop, it's small, easily lost, forgotten, overlooked...  A very boring but really useful house part that no one makes anymore for houses of this age.
