Circuit Training

Bandage hanging from her leg here at the AOG's, (Alternative Olympic Games) Heather Hawker was desperately trying to get back on form by following the advice of her coach and doing a little circuit training before the big day tomorrow.

Normally the star of the show, in fact the Golden Girl of the TD's (Team Dragons), Heather came a bit of a purler by accidentally flying into a stanchion whilst in a practise session. Unfortunate ...maybe .... but ....

Some uncharitably would say it's her own fault by getting far too distracted by a member of the 'Flying Insectios' who dangerously went far too near for safety to the Dragon training ground. The 'Insectios' have thankfully managed to get a replacement after the unfortunate incident, but Heather  has been left with a rather sore ankle! Probably not a shot the team coach wants out in social media with the final coming up shortly!
