At long last.....

At long last the weather decides to play ball. Managed to get a combine in this afternoon to start cutting the winter barley down the road. By tonight that was 30 acres done , 30 to go. Apart from staff not turning up and endless delays at the temporary 4 way traffic lights things went fairly problem free. I'm worried now that tomorrow will try to make up for that !
The moisture wasn't too bad either,17.5% , so will give us a day or 2 before it needs dried .
