Super sunny day

A gorgeous hot day. I had my blood taken at the doctors and then walked down to the Harbour where David met me with a sandwich and a drink. So beautiful with the sea like a mirror. We watched the boat Pole Star laying buoys. A small boat sailed out from the Harbour while the yachts gently bobbed up and down. A lot of seaweed on the beach washed up after the storms of last week.
Back home to say goodbye to Richard who is off to France with Ashlene and her family to attend a wedding.
Really hot so kept popping in and out and kept up to date with he Olympics. We're doing so well with a few unexpected medals.
Just seen the pine marten who also saw me. Another pretty sunset and a wonderful almost full moon.
