Sleepy boy

Lounging on the couch before lunch...big yawns.

When it was actually time to take a nap, though, he invented a new game in which he kept imagining more boats arriving and describing them as he pointed in various directions. "There's another boat. It's a small yellow boat. Sit in the small yellow boat, mommy!" And then I had sit somewhere on the floor. "There's another boat, mommy. A big red boat. Sit in the red boat. And another boat. And more and more boats!"

Kept going on for a while. No clue where he got the idea from, but his room was pretty full of 'boats' by the time we were done. I kept trying to  convince him that the best boat was his crib and it was called a 'sleeping boat' but he wasn't buying it until he was ready to calm down and sleep.
