reflections

Lily Tarn 7.15 am.  I walked up though an inversion and was pleased to see it so clear and calm at the tarn. Seldom have I seen the reflections here this good. 

Soon after I got there a dog owner arrived and asked if I'd finished taking  photos because she wanted to let the dogs in for a swim. Just a few more said I. This was one. 

Home and out again for a 9 o'clock hair cut. Two joiners have been busy all day fitting new fascias and gutters. I've put one coat of stain block on the bedroom ceiling (just the bits with water marks) but have to wait 16 hours until it can have a second coat. 

The TV aerial had to come off today. Long story but there won't be any reception until we get a new one. Tiles arrive tomorrow. Rain comes the day after.
