Night flight

Our long awaited holiday to Dubai is upon us. As we were taking the night flight from Heathrow, host airport for the London 2012 games, we thought we should leave plenty of time to get there. We were (pleasantly) surprised that none of the predicted hold-ups materialised. This meant we had almost five hours before our flight so we popped in to Arrivals to see if we could catch a glimpse of any Olympic athletes. Not much luck - just a small group of what looked like officials or dignitaries being welcomed. We stayed a while but still had plenty of time to look at the duty-free shops in Departures!
