......A day to forget.......

Been ill all day............not related to my MS............digestion related...........you don't want to know the details!

I have survived on water and dry toast...........until 9.00 tonight.....then I risked a bacon butty........so far so good.

The blip is of a candle bought by the lovely Sue and delivered by Jungle Rob yesterday.......bit of an emergency blip.

Why is he called Jungle Rob? He's Helen's youngest brother......he was a Royal Marine Commando...........when the S & H was little he couldn't say Uncle but he knew that Rob had lots of camo clothing........and was often away in exotic parts of the world........so Jungle Rob it was.
