Eileen Lake

We left Mesa Creek and continued along a hot, dusty trail and reached Racetrack Meadows which opened up to beautiful views of the Middle and South Sisters. We took a scenic loop towards Eileen Lake to enjoy the views a little longer before setting up camp at this idyllic lake. We spent the late afternoon swimming and lounging by the shoreline, wishing we could never leave. It was our favorite lake of the trip and we plan to bring Aiden to this spot next year!
