Pembroke Bay

I thought I'd woken up in Autumn this morning! Rain hammering down and wind blowing. Thankfully, by 2pm it had cleared up and was then beautiful. We went for a warm but blowy walk on our favourite beach. Followed by a personal training session that has already resulted in sore muscles!
