.........You're joking, right?............

Barely slept a wink last night................my MS decided to put my left side into some sort of spasm.............every time I lay down my arm and leg started violent twitches.............still at least I got to watch Usain Bolt win the 200m...........and Jade Jones win Taekwando  gold..........and the Men's beach volleyball Gold medal match.

I also know exactly what time it started raining...........04.06! I eventually drifted off about 05.00.....but I kept waking every 15 minutes or so.......I gave up and got dressed at 07.30.

Fed the cats.......had a bowl of cereal...........unloaded the dishwasher.............made coffee............took the bins out to the road for collection.........paid the Podiatrist bill............and took in the grocery delivery............and then my sister arrived.

I don't think I was very good company......it was hurling down with rain.......so we were stuck in...........but we talked...........we had lunch.....we watched the Olympics...........I know I fell asleep at some point.......and then it was time for her to go.

I fed the cats again........dealt with the litter tray.........made a meal and ate it......looked outside........and it had stopped raining........and the clouds were breaking up.

Since then I've been multi-tasking..............well, Ive been watching United win 2-0 on the TV.........and the Gold medal match in the Women's Hockey. The game has ended Netherlands 3 - GB 3..............so it's a penalty shoot out...........which GB have just won 2-0!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOLD!!!!!!!
