Caledonian Canal swing bridge at Tomnahurich in Inverness, opened to let "Bayard 2" pass by, as well as some other boats.

Another grand day. Been lucky this week - five dry days in a row, and lovely weather. Normal service has resumed tonight, with some rain, and a showery forecast for the weekend.

Extra - Progress with the construction of the new bridge over the River Ness at Holm Mills. They fixed the pile driving machine, and it's been working on the other river pier. Some concrete cast in the nearby hole/pit, and formwork in place for the matching one on the opposite bank.
