Andy Ducky Murray

Well I didn't get in till gone 3am from an awesome night out with friends, plenty of alcohol consumed and abs had a fantastic workout not laughed so much in ages!!

So I managed to get up in time this morning for the Olympics starting at 9am! Which I thought was impressive, however I have has a pj day!!

Team GB have had a fantastic day and we have now got 16 gold medals which is fab, only 4 more and we will have more gold medals than we got at the last olympics in 2008!

I start my physio tomorrow and I am hopin it's going to help my ankle as I am getting fed up of this injury now!!
