Firmly in Emergency Blip territory here after a busy and wet day didn't really allow for any photography.

What a wonderful result for the GB women's hockey team last night - literally edge of the seat stuff! Not sure I can cope with that sort of stress on a regular basis. And congratulations to Nicola Adams for her boxing gold; surely one of the nicest athletes on our team.
