Wouldn't You Agree, Baby You and me...

It's rained and it's rained, and I washed my sheets, thinking that there would be a gap. 

There was a gap, but I was mostly in the supermarket when it was on, so when I got home, and hung them out, and sat and watched them in the brilliant sun shine and heat for 20 minutes and then I went inside for the usual, housework, cooking, and when i looked out... pouring. 

So tonight, when it started towards twilight, and the ground was dry I thought, take a walk out and see what's out there. 

It was all blue to start, all blue, and those big thick fluffy clouds, and then, there was this little crack. 

And that made it all worthwhile.
