Sunny intervald

Another day that outperformed the weather forecast.
The last run of the holiday.
I like to run 10Kson holiday. On the first day in Penzance, I ran a 10k. But, on day 2 I absent-mindedly ran too far. the two runs added up to a half- marathon. So I kept that going. And today's 12th run (had a day off when we moved between Penzance and Falmouth) finished off the third marathon. The runs in Falmouth along the coast path were much harder than the Penzance to Marazion runs...

Anyway, back to today, another afternoon on the beach finishing with hot choc at the Gylly cafe. Back to Skype H and watch the hockey final...
