Just born

We've had a population explosion today. Calves everywhere. This wee one had only just been born when we went into the paddock to feed the cows. Mum was off getting some grass and hay, but it wasn't long before she was back to finish licking her new arrival.

It's been an extremely busy weekend, and it's likely to be an extremely busy week, on the farm and at work. When will life slow down a wee bit?
