Wee Perry.

Ben from next door has got a touch of the sniffles so thought it best not to go with his mum when she went to visit her sister in hospital this afternoon.  He decided it would be more fun to go with Swannie who was heading up to her Mum's to check on my wee orphan cousin Perry, whom they rescued this week.  

Perry is such a funny wee thing, he growls and hisses at anybody who comes near but he seems to really enjoy getting petted, but would never admit to this of course.  He is all noise, though, no aggression, even when Swannie lifted him down from his favourite perch (see extra) and popped him on the shelf for a photo.  He is very underweight and thin, but is eating well and has his first visit to the vet on Tuesday.

The highlight of Ben's day was all the Pokemon hunting they did on the way up and back in Peebles, Innerleithen and Galashiels.  He even caught a Pikachu so that made him forget all about his cold.  I'm hoping one of these Pokechaps appear in the house as some of them look quite tasty.
