Quick (no pun intended) blip tonight after a day of watching sport. Gotta love Andy Murray and Christine Ohuruogu (and everyone else for that matter). All the sportsmen and women are humbling to watch when we are constantly force-fed a diet of millionaire footballers acting like wankers.

Watched the 100m final this evening.
