Just Me and My Head

This was me, just a bit behind.

Got home from work and needed to be back outdoors, walking. I was scared at what I would do to myself if I stayed in.
I have been on the verge of tears all day and sometimes just had to let go.
I hate how this has made me feel and how far I have fallen.

The usual; couldn't be bothered cooking so had cheese on toast for tea. Lay on sofa, agitation set in and I had to cut.
