Marrow

I got this marrow from the allotment I was looking after for a few weeks and used it in the lasagne that we are taking away on holiday with us. Nobody told me how to cook it so I just thought it would be like a courgette. I didn't peel it or take out the middle.... I thought there was a lot! We have tried a bit and it seems alright (we are not dead yet) ;)
