In the dark

Up at 6.30am to take Mrs Rex to the airport and returned stressed out by the traffic; the bridge road works; the rain and in need of a bacon roll followed by a wee lie down. Pleasantly surprised to see the sun shining when I woke up so took a trip along to Lower Largo to get out of the house and get some sun.

For once there was no need for a vitamin D tablet...
