Wave Goodbye

The Siam Water Park is considered amongst the best water parks in the world. And I can see why.

The rides were fantastic, exhilarating and a bit scary too. And very wet.

Rather hard to photograph, so I had to settle for this image of the wave-maker doing its stuff. Periodically a very high wave came rushing across the man-made bay towards us.

If you were far enough forward, you had a ride like an elevator as the wave passed under you. And if you were further back, you got a ride into the shore as the wave had broken. 

Lots of fun for all the family. In fact for every family on Tenerife today, judging by the huge numbers of people there.
