Street entertainer

I found another excuse to go into London again today, and enjoyed visiting Covent Garden, which was busy in the hot sunshine.

This was one of several street entertainers, seen here interacting with one of his large audience.  He was reasonably entertaining, but I was glad to see this guy around the corner.  I still rate him as one of the best street entertainers I have seen:   his act is based on simple magic tricks (and I don't think they've changed in the 3 years since I blipped him) but the real entertainment comes from his jokey interaction with his audience where his quick witted humour always seems to draw appreciative laughter and applause from the crowds.
