A puzzle

Walking across the village green this morning, I was a little surprised to see a pink porta-loo just inside the gate into the churchyard!
I know there has been much discussion at church meetings as to having a loo installed under the bell tower one day, but this pink building was not really what people had in mind!
What works are to take place on our village green??
