Ship in the Sky

I've  no idea what the architect meant to convey with this design, but to me it looks like a boat. A boat with shrubs growing out of it. 

Well, I like it. It tops off the building nicely, but to get a picture of the whole is impossible at this time of year, the traffic on the street below never stops.
