...........a good day...........

Another hot day...............not good for me...........swollen leg...........I  had a fall...........lots of pain..............but three high spots.

The S & H brought the girls round......the water slide went down a storm..........and no muddy footprints...........artificial grass is the way to go.

While they were here Hebs arrived............the cats came to see her.....we talked............about work........for 30 minutes I was back in teacher mode.....back were I was before my world changed..........back with my work wife..........God I've missed her..........about illnesses........comparing notes...........and sometimes we didn't need to say anything.......we just looked at each other.

Later Shaun called in..............for no reason.......just for a chat............we talked about his daughter's uo-coming GCSE results in the morning.......we talked about fishing........the Memorial Bench we've installed on one of our waters............the barbecue.

The S & H and family are off for a short break on the North East coast..........the Daughter is coming with me to the hospital tomorrow........the temperature is going to drop.

All in all......more plusses than minuses.
