Curiosity

This is me looking at pictures of the Mars Science Laboratory (or Curiosity), which successfully landed on Mars at 0631am this morning. Its mission is to study the climate and geology of Mars and to help scientists work out if Mars ever supported life and plan for future human missions. When Curiosity launched last November, NASA asked people to submit their names to be etched on to a microchip that was attached to Curiosity. Mum submitted my name, so my name is now on Mars! Who knows, maybe one day I'll get to go there myself!
