Happy Blur-thday

My birthday present to myself was a couple of tickets to see Blur at Wolverhampton Civic Hall! Bit of a hectic weekend actually, Fri/Sat in Northumberland, up bright and early Sun for the 2.5 hour drive home, to turn ourselves around for the approx 4 hour trip to Wolverhampton. But it was worth it!

Decided not to take a 'proper' camera into the gig but had my wife's happy-snappy Samsung compact, which did its best in the circumstances, bless it.

The results were somewhat... 'impressionistic'. Lucky the band is called Blur to make this look like a deliberate photographic decision. I'd have been stuffed if I'd gone to see a band called Perfectly Sharp And In Focus.
