Low Key Birthday

So after a full-on weekend of celebrating my birthday first with friends then with Ann, my actual birthday was a little less exciting... four hours commuting then a very long day at work. This evening I was determined to celebrate even just a little so cracked open a bottle of fizz with my Richmond housemate/landlady Trish, after which she very kindly stuck a candle in a piece of chocolate cake for me :-)

Normal birthday service will be resumed tomorrow as Ann is coming over to Richmond and we're off out for dinner again.
