Anticipation

The bunting has gone up on the playing field in anticipation of the village fun day on Monday. It is a charity event run by the local residents association. Last year it was a great success (despite the rain). There will be the usual stalls of cakes and plants, plus a dog show and games. Last year we also had a steam traction engine. I am hoping to pop along to buy a homemade cake!
