Cafodd Treowen ei adeiladu gan William Jones ym 1627.  Dyn ni'n lwcus bod y perchnogion presennol wedi ychwanegu 'wifi', achos roedd rhaid i ni gysylltu â'r byd y tu allan yr encil.  Dyn ni'n trefnu'r agoriad ein hystafell myfyrdod yng Nghaerdydd ac roedd rhaid i ni anfon e-bost i bapurau newyddion. Dyn ni'n trio cadw'r defnydd o 'wifi' i'r lleiaf posibl pan dyn ni'n ar encil.

Treowen was built by William Jones in 1627. We're lucky that the current owners have added 'wifi', because we had to contact the world outside the retreat. We're organising the opening of our meditation room in Cardiff and we had to send e-mail to newspapers. We try to keep the use of 'wifi' to a minimum when we're on retreat.
