Angelica

Found this angelica down by the river this afternoon.  Quite a handsome plant that looked bold even in the grey humidity that was wringing me out like a damp sponge.

Talking of which, I read in the paper that the early leader in Oxford Dictionary's poll of most disliked words in the English language is 'moist'.  I was delighted, it's always been one of my hatiest.

What else?  Not a lot.  Interestingly for a Bank Holiday weekend, absolutely nothing seems to be happening round here between now and Tuesday when everyone goes back to work.  I ask you, where are all the entrepreneurs?
