Long drive today..... First to RNAS Yeovilton for a meeting and then onto Abbey Wood in Bristol this afternoon for another. Between the first 2 and after the second I drove home through the most incredible rain showers - windscreen wipers were nearly over powered!!

What another great medalling day - huge well done to you all....ony sad things today were news of the Barlowe's tragedy and that football,is being mentioned in the radio again - wo cares about what thosegrossly over paid and under performing so called professionals/ celebrities are being paid.... GRrrrrrr!
