Lucky Shot

I have no idea what this is. These bee like bugs are fast and won't stay on a bloom for longer than a second.  I consider this a "lucky shot"...  If anyone knows what this is, I'd love to know.  I thought it might be a sweat bee but this one seems to have to too much yellow to fit the build.
