The annoying Tomato Hornworm. He and a few compatriots can decimate the foliage and blooms on my moon plants in a matter of days, if left unchecked.

Round one of 'checking' happened today. I call it "Grab-n-Smash" and it usually results in gobs of slimy green stuffing being squirted for some distance from both ends of these things.

Round two will follow tomorrow and will consist of the application of unpalatable liquid to the moon plants themselves...
