Festive things
After nursing Corin last night, I woke up this morning to find I had the same symptoms - dizziness, head full of cotton wool, achey, tired and feeling like death warmed up.
Got up and made James his Ready brek - after one large bowl, he was still hungry, so I made him another (thinking there was no way he'd eat it) and it was gone in about 2 minutes.
Went back to bed and Corin left me to sleep till 2 this afternoon. Still feel pretty lousy and haven't felt like eating at all, but I am better than I was this morning.
Corin has looked after James all day, and even managed to go out and buy the best Christmas tree I have ever had - about 7 foot tall, beautiful thick branches, and it smells divine. James and I have decorated it this evening and then put the small artificial tree up in his room as well.
Bought an Led strand lamp from Asda - hundreds of long LED filaments in a stand - this is what the photo is of - I was focusing right into the centre of the stand, from above, hence why the 'out of focus' lights have appeared at the top - a happy accident!

Thank you to those of you who commented on my sketch of Corin yesterday. I did manage to get to Asda this evening and have got a frame for it - its all mounted and framednow.
I'm working on one of James now - a long way to go yet!
Off to see the X_factor results!
