Otherwise a busy day which highlighted a large quantity of hornbeam for burning. Still a lot of stacking to do.
Rhubarb is again de rigeur. It contains parietin - an anthroquinone and a rising star in oncology. Also contained in the lichen - Xanthoria parietina.
It might replace the caramel in the brown sauce.
