ciao, bella

so we drove to belladrum music festival today

took us a good 3 and a half hours, but we got there and it's worth it

put up the tent as fast as we could, then headed into the new crowds, eager for some new music, despite only one of the many tents being open to the public yet - so much preparation still to be done yet!

managed to see a bit of DJing by various artists which was good fun, then, because it was pretty late, had a quick look round the market shops, tried on some silly hats, and headed off to bed

it was late, we were tired, and just so excited for tomorrow,

hamish forgot to bring his camping mat to the tent, and the car was ages ago - so being a good and responsible big sister, i gave hamish my camping mat and slept on the groundsheet with no comfort but grass beneath, and even then it was horribly lumpy and bumpy
