Counter

I lost track of time today, and trained for two hours, and having been to IKEA in the morning, and assembled a bookshelf, I was running out of time for a photo. However, when I realised I was lacking a shot, and having had the camera with me, videoing some stuff for kancho, and some for my own review, I had snapped off a shot of the counter-attack in one of the ideas I was practising for kumite (sparring).
